There are six key areas on a bra that help you determine whether its a good fitting bra or not.
The Closure : Whether the closure is in the front or back, the closure should lie flat without any pulling.
The Underwire : The channels that holds the underwire should enclose the breast and never sit on top of the breast itself.
The Cups : Your breasts should fill the cup without spilling over the top if the bre or sides. Spillage means that you need a larger cup size. If the fabric on the cup wrinkles, that means the bra is too large.
The Center Front : The fabric at the center of the bra (or the front closure) should sit flat against you.
The Straps : The bra straps should fit flat against the shoulders without digging in.
The Band : The band should make a perfect cirlce around the rib cage. A bra is too large, if the band rides up the back, and too small if it pushes out rolls of skin.
